Position - Warehouse Lead

Location - Bangalore (@ HQ)

What would you do :

Organize warehouse :

- With the changing business needs, acquire spaces, do the due diligence, and get in to lease agreement as per the norms of the company.

- Improve warehouse performance - ensure the warehouses operate at peak efficiency, by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees.

- Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and improve customer satisfaction.

- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards & procedures and by complying with legal norms.

- Play an important role in implementing new tools and systems on WMS/TMS

Manage inventory:

- Ensuring the optimum level of inventory by controlling and managing stocks at various warehouses on the Pan-India level.

- Monitoring safety stock, and reorder point (ROP) to achieve the desired service level.

Transportation management:

- Ensuring smooth operations of logistics, managing it cost-effectively and ensuring timely delivery.

- Review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and enhanced customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for:

- SAP SCM module experience is mandatory.

- Exposure to Manufacturing, Retail and eCommerce is a must.

- Post-graduation in Supply Chain or Operations Management is preferred.

- Relevant experience of 15+ years.
