Your Opportunity

- Drive the Verticals on mobile and rWeb platform and by leading programs that build highly scalable and robust cloud based intelligent solutions.

- Engage with thought leaders from around the company, customers and internal preview users, to define and build the right experiences in Verticals.

- Help and participate with the teams and drive programs to success.

- Make an impact on a global scale

Your Responsibility:

- Lead cross-functional teams spread across geography to deliver complex programs

- Define, monitor and improve critical to success metrics for the success of these programs

- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

- Plan and manage multiple parallel projects

- Drive Agile best practices and lead the required meetings.

- Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels

- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.

- Apply best practices to the software development life cycle for projects based on experiences with a number of agile and blended approaches, as well as effectively coordinating the implementations across teams using very different approaches

- Interact with project Sponsors, project Stakeholders, and multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver complex features

- Work very closely with various business stakeholders to drive the execution of multiple business plans and technologies

- Ensure consistent and transparent status updates with all stakeholders (engineering, Business, product, leadership)

Your Qualifications:

- An Engineering Degree - B.E/B.Tech/MS/Ph.D. in any stream - Computer Science preferred.

- 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry.

- 7+ years of relevant work experience in internet-related program and/or technical program management in a software applications environment

- Experience building processes, project management, and release schedules.

- Strong project management & cross-group collaboration skills

- Prior experience with agile methodologies

- Solid understanding of the current web technologies and general ability to ramp up and go deep in based on need.

- Think creatively and critically about product features, architecture, and capabilities with an innate curiosity and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly-changing startup environment

- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
