Opportunity for Manager Supplier Development

- Drive Strategic business partnership with top suppliers to ensure that we achieve our KPIs (Sales, Comp, Margin, Fill rate, In-stock, Days-on-hand and Payment days) jointly agreed between Walmart & Joint Business Planning (JBP) Supplier Partners.

- Leverage WM Global presence to get support from Multinational Suppliers in finalizing the best possible Terms of Trade and also preferential treatment with regards to First to Market, Global branded Imports etc.

- Train Top Suppliers about Retail Link application, JBP Process and Walmart India process and procedure for seamless integration.

- Oversee Supplier Training and Helpdesk to ensure all Suppliers understand Walmart India processes and procedures use Retail Link application for getting business related information and their issues get resolved in a pre-decided Turn Around Time (TAT).
