Planning and Reporting :

- Lead the yearly budgeting exercise to deploy AOP and OP targets for merchants on various KPIs processes.

- Tracking Category performance - Sales, Margin, DOH and Aged Inventory

Decision Support :

Identifying opportunities and providing actionable insights to the business on a continuous basis for :

- Increasing Sales & Enhancing Gross Margin

- Driving the inventory management program to maintain the health of the inventory by identifying aged inventory and driving their cleanup

- Preventing the inventory from becoming aged through early identification of risk areas
