JOB PROFILE (MUST HAVE HANDLED):

Responsible for leading all commercial negotiation for Civil structure & Interiors, Concrete Flooring, Pre Engineering Building, Architecture, Project Management consultancy, Geotech and Topography survey, Environmental due diligence, Zonal due diligence, Valuation consultant, Soil testing consultant, MEP Consultants, Plumbing & Firefighting packages, Material handling equipment, RO Plant, WTP, STP, Energy saving, Safety audit, Import and local fixtures, Equipment's & Services, AMC of equipment, Manpower services, SCM activity, MIS.

- The person should have a good understanding of analysis of data towards project cost and raw material related to category handled

- Should have skills to analyze the relevant data collected of compatible resources.

- Should have the capability to work alone and submit his value addition in the task

- SAP ERP knowledge

LOCATION: This is PAN India role based out of Home Office at Gurgaon

Is able to handle difficult customer demand while maintaining composure and adherence to laid down norms for self and team

Having good communication and presentation skills

Job Responsibilities include:

- Establish process for the acceptance & vetting requirements from user departments.

- Vendor identification and negotiation for Civil structure & Interiors, Concrete Flooring, Pre Engineering Building, Architecture, Project Management consultancy, Geotech and Topography survey, Environmental due diligence, Zonal due diligence, Valuation consultant, Soil testing consultant, MEP Consultants, Plumbing & Firefighting packages, Material handling equipment, RO Plant, WTP, STP, Energy saving, Safety audit, Import and local fixtures, Equipment's & Services, AMC of equipment, Manpower services, SCM activity, .

- Frames contracts based on the negotiations, thus creating and approved pool of vendors

- Ensure in time vendor identification and incorporate user feedback in vendor evaluation and business share.

- Ensure Purchase order of Capex and Opex.

- Negotiations of given categories.

- Benchmark rates fixation.

- Rate contracts

- Sets and achieve targets for cost reduction and lead-time improvement.

- Ensure and monitoring process for procurement planning.

- Project planning for vendor base for Services, Maintenance and Opex for servicing current and new stores.

- Ensures the compliance to agreed SLAs with the Customers.

- Ensuring total compliance with the Company's processes

- Ensure process of Purchase Policy

- Managing Pos (Creation, amendment and closing) for work contracts.

- Cross functional co-ordination with Design & construction, Real Estate, Facility Management, Store Planning, Operations, Finance,, Legal, on day to day basis.

- Maintaining & discussing MIS with the Manager timely and preparing various reports as & when required

- Adapting to the new roles or tasks entrusted by the management.
