Sr. Product Manager - Search (Customer experience )

- The ideal candidate is customer- centric, sensitive to design, fluent in analytics and the business model, actively communicates both up and down the org, and is results-oriented with a strong bias for action. 

- This individual is an evangelist for the needs of both the customer and the business and has a deep understanding of the customers- job to be done. 

- She/he is an excellent communicator and builds strong cross-functional relationships, internally and externally. This individual will be skilled in working across departments to collaborate with Business Managers, User Experience, Application Architects, Engineering, Program Managers, QA, and Operations teams. Plus, with teams based in Bengaluru, New York, California, Arkansas and Portland, exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate across geographies is a must!

What you'll do :

- Work with the Vertical Product Leads to establish a product road map for various vertical initiatives and lead a team to execute against the road map

- Partner with the Retail GMs to develop and champion a product strategy to support annual business goals

- Be a driving force with UX and Engineering for scalable, well-crafted, end-to-end customer experiences.

- Qualitatively and quantitatively validate your proposals, measure and optimize the performance of what you ship.

- Execute with precision and speed whilst delivering a best-in-class customer experience

Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field and 6 years of experience in product management, business consulting, or related field OR 10 years of experience in product management, business consulting, or related field

- Proven track record designing and delivering customer experiences that create customer and business value, working collaboratively with design and engineering

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience developing product and business strategy with business, marketing and creative stakeholders

- Experience in eCommerce and Retail sectors

- Experience with people management

- MBA or other advanced degree
