Our team: HRIS team at Walmart Labs India is responsible for preparing and delivering the HR Tech vision and roadmap in line with the overall HR strategy. - Prepare and execute a roadmap for the HR tech function - Prepare and manage AOP for HR Tech - Partner with HR COE's such as TA, TL&OD, HR Ops, Comp & Benefits for HR systems/projects - Responsible for Project management of all HR technology deployment for Walmart Labs India - Learn and continuously share about the new age HR tech world development - Build winning partnerships with external partners, internal stakeholders and users - Work on multiple projects at the same time with local and global teams Your Opportunity: Looking for Business Analyst in HR Systems domain with the understanding of key HR processes; to help support various internal HR systems implementation and maintenance. Must have hands on experience working on any one of the leading HR Systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft etc. Should understand various HR processes and employee lifecycle from Hire to retire/termination. Your Responsibility: - Interact with various HR teams (like HR Ops, TA, L&D, Comp, TM, etc) to understand their systems requirements - Help deliver various HR systems projects in line with organization HR Tech roadmap/strategy - Maintain project(s) tracker and share regular updates with key stakeholders - Support existing HR systems by helping resolve user issues/queries - Maintain/enhance HR Chat Bot solution and HR ticketing tool (Service Now - planned) - Maintain issues tracker and help resolve issues working with vendor or partner or internal delivery teams - Identify/maintain key priorities of the customer and focus on delivering the same with minimal direction and supervision - Able to identify problems and improvise/change existing processes/techniques in order to resolve the same - Prepare system documentation (for various personas) and drive training and knowledge management - Identify and merge fragmented requirements into product releases - Guide the HR teams through the entire project life cycle in case of new projects/change requirements. - Based upon business needs & best practices, drive the requirements analysis and develop Business Requirements document along with the customer - Perform requirements rationalization and feature validation - Help develop scenarios for Testing and help in conducting UAT - Provide post-go-live support to various users of the system - Work on preparing the techno-commercial content of the Statement of Work (SOW) for projects with Procurement team Your Qualifications: Education: BCA/BTech with MBA in HR Experience: 2-5 years with experience in - - HR systems and HR Processes - Experience across the product development SDLC Our Ideal Candidate: Our ideal candidate is an energetic, self-motivated individual focused on solving customer problems.
