- Raise correct COOPs & get them approved

- Get fully compliant suppliers on board

- Aged Inventory Management

- Know Industry trends & build category Strategy

- Fill rate and In stock maintenance

- New Vendor Development especially Regional Suppliers & Private Label suppliers
