Team: Clients & Markets


Role description:

As a part of the Clients & Markets team, help drive the key account management initiative and ensure it is successfully implemented through strategic planning, engagement with relevant stakeholders, business progress tracking and analysis as well as developing strategies for business performance improvement.

Key responsibilities:

- Support the firm's leadership to define account plans and strategies for the firm's Key Accounts across sectors for South and West region

- Organize and track actions during Account planning discussions and engagement

- Track and report progress against Account plans through ongoing engagement with leadership on regular basis

- Organize account reviews and drive follow through of agreed actions from account plans and reviews

- Measure firm's share of wallet growth across client base as well as penetration of key sectors

- Provide company, executive, and industry specific research insights to Account teams to help in Account planning including ideating opportunities that can be taken to clients or adding further value on ongoing engagements

- Share knowledge across Accounts to bring in best practices and drive better outcomes from the program

- Support team to organize and actively participate in client workshops (focusing on C-Suite) to build deeper relationships and enable both the client and Account team to ideate and think out of the box

- Enable business development and marketing campaigns in a structured manner across expertise areas (Audit, Tax, Risk, Growth advisory etc.), as well as new solutions to grow the firm's share of wallet with target clients

- Provide support on Marketing campaigns and collateral across expertise areas for new solutions and promote to clients

Qualifications:

- Years of experience req. 3 years +

- Strong communication and organization skills, as well as the ability to think clearly and quantitatively

- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail

- Ability to influence others including senior leaders, having experience of engaging and influencing senior executives of an organization

- Proficiency in in MS Excel and MS Power Point

- Ability to analyze data and draw key insights

- Ability to work strategically and collaborately

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
