Senior Manager-Alliances

- Heading Payment partnerships, Affordability, Alliances, Rewards & Gift Cards, and Growth Engagements

- Responsible for bank offers at Wakefit

- Carefully craft appropriate offers for WF. Segment the banks and curate the offers appropriately.

- Maintain relationships with influencers in banks

- Relationships with Alliance heads at Banks

- Ensuring industry best bank offers on WF

- Building partnerships portfolio around products and services offered by Payment Partners and NBFCs across the industry

- Key partner to Marketing to ensure that overall spends to acquire users are well-planned and clinically executed

- Should be aware of technology aspects of the payment processors and network ecosystem etc.

- Understanding the payments ecosystem and building relationships with Payment gateways.

- Reevaluating the market and proposing appropriate affordability solutions at WF

- Handling Brand Partnerships

- Owning Gift Cards revenue and relationships.

- Negotiating and optimizing the revenue from sale of GVs

- Participating and working with cross-functional teams to deliver on OKRs

- Organising OKR calls periodically

- Managing and motivating team members to adhere to timelines
