Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for providing behavioural and functional training to employees and partners in the last mile locations. The Field Trainer will be required to travel to different locations, stay for extended periods, and conduct training sessions periodically to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on a variety of topics, including but not limited to, customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to identify training needs and create training programs that address those needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Deliver training using various methods, including classroom-style instruction, on-the-job training, and virtual sessions.
- Provide feedback to trainees to improve their performance and knowledge.
- Ensure that training materials and resources are up-to-date and relevant to the current business needs.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, trainee attendance, and training outcomes.
- Create and distribute training reports to stakeholders to provide insight into training outcomes and areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a training role, preferably in a field training capacity.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to different locations and stay for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs using various methods.
- Knowledge of learning management systems and other training technologies is a plus.
