KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- 1. Lead the projects for end-to-end execution in close coordination with Cargo Operations Teams. 2. Creating / Refining / executing SOPs for Project / Program Management according to Cargo industry best practices and ensuring compliance 3. Working with partners for development & testing for the projects / solutions including vendor identification, preparing product requirement document, agreeing project plan &amp; timelines, commercials &amp; project managing the entire engagement 4. Refine the process including scope, vendor, duration, KPIs and jointly develop a responsibility-sharing criterion for all parties involved 5. Build &amp; train team of developers and designers needed to implement the project, ensuring ESAT and taking accountability for the team 6. Modifying the solution design / code basis test result and inputs received from client 7. Coordinating with vendors to install necessary hardware at Project site, integrating applications with Cargo systems, as required 8. Providing necessary support to Cargo clients in terms of engineering, monitoring, incident management, helpdesk throughout the duration of the Project 9. Responsibilities may include, but not limited to - a. Partnership with vendors and OEMs for sourcing the key product hardware and software b. Bundling the product with other products or services to be offered as a complete solution c. Developing necessary in-house capability such as infrastructure, network &amp; communication, data centre, applications and use-cases d. Providing installation, system integration &amp; training services at the time of deployment at client location e. Creating and maintaining knowledge database f. Prepare estimated for project plan in accordance with scope of WAISL Annual operating plan (AOP) g. Tracking, monitoring and documenting each step of the project and giving periodic updates to client and WAISL management EXPERIENCE - 10+ years of total experience as Project Manager with at least 2 years in Cargo industry, Cargo Operations experience preferred - Handling end-to-end projects such as IT solutions for clients including design, architecture, development, POC, solutioning &amp; deployment - Knowledge of RFP / RFQ management, Requirement understanding, Solutioning, Sizing &amp; Impact Analysis, Measurement &amp; High-Level Estimation, Maintenance &amp; Impact analysis, Risk&nbsp; QUALIFICATIONS / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE/ SKILLS - B.E/B.TECH in Computer Science / Electronics / Telecom or equivalent qualification in related fields - MS/M.Tech. or MBA in IT or Business-Related field will be an added advantage - Certification in PMP / Prince 2 (other such) preferred&nbsp; - Scrum / agile methodology experience - Ability to work collaboratively with vendors, team members and client teams - Ability to plan the project, coordinate the team and control the process - Exposure to design thinking principles and problem-solving skills&nbsp;
