WF has launched and supports niche high impact initiatives in job creation and fulfilment in MENA, SEA, Latin America and African regions - The Foundation aims to enable the Wadhwani Entrepreneurship Network and Wadhwani Opportunity (Skills Platform) to function with higher relevance, support, knowledge and know-how, so that thousands of young people can develop entrepreneurial skills able to leverage the opportunities in the country and Advantage (SMEs) get the necessary support and networks to grow their businesses competitively. Overview of the WF Programs : The Wadhwani Foundation (WF) works in three key ways in the different countries that it operates in: 1. Partnerships with educational institutes including Engineering and Management institutes and Colleges to provide entrepreneurship education as an integral part of the training, exposure and experience for the students, so that they are skilled entrepreneurially. 2. Support Start-ups and SMEs through learning, connects and other resources for sustainability and growth. 3. Develop city based entrepreneurship eco-systems with strong networks of mentors, investors, service providers and entrepreneur-peer groups that can support new start-ups and growing SMEs in those cities. Responsibilities: - VTI (Vocational Training Institute) Pilot head should be able to drive end to end function of VTI - from inception, design, development support, release, tracking and management. - VTI Head should be able to describe/visualise and articulate the flow chart and use cases entire VTI lifecycle for User experience &amp; User Interface. Well-versed with all the 7 functions of mobilisation, counselling, training, interview, placement, retention and progression - Understanding and Lead these functions - Working on execution and development of model described in part 2, testing and release of the model to the world. Monitoring and improvising as and when needed. Key skills required: 1. Candidate should have 18-22 yrs exp. in various delivery mode, Education delivery model, worked with industries (collaborating with industry) knowledge of student lifecycle, attention to detail should be able to breakup process into micro processes.. 2. Experience in education delivery to skilling students - student/counselling and employment, placemen, Training, Skilling and mobilisation of digital model. 3. Should have experience in VTI/Student lifecycle. 4. Should be a part of industry forums. 5. Experience of working with MSME, CII would be an added advantage.
