Industry Partnerships, developing strategies/guidelines towards streamlining community mobilization, placement. 2. To ensure 15% better salary than the market average. 3. Will be responsible for retention & progression of student. 4. Will be responsible for Employer connect management. 5. Should have experience in supply chain management. Key skills required: 1. Candidate should have 10-15yrs exp. in talent supply management or worked in job portals. 2. Should have experience in HR, building portal and end to end Project Management. 3. Should have experience in talent grooming to talent placement, should have good industry connects. 4. Experience in placing students in large volumes (1000+). 5. Should be a part of industry forums. 6. Experience of working with MSME, CII would be an added advantage.
