Wadhwani Foundation - Manager - Consulting Content

Role Context:

The Consulting Lead will leverage his/her experience of management consulting and domain knowledge to create a strong suite of outcome based curricula and initiatives for different personas of SMEs. The initiatives would be a mix of DIY and assisted initiatives. The Consulting lead will interact with implementation teams and provide support to them by assisting with process and domain expertise. Working under the guidance of senior team members, he/she will be responsible for developing content, tools and templates with special focus on the areas customer lifecycle management and support.

Responsibilities:

Diagnosing the problems faced by the SME and creating appropriate learning solutions that outline the areas for improvement, priorities, impact, and implementation roadmap, particularly in the following areas:

- Customer Lifecycle management

- Customer service and support

- Marketing

- Customer Profitability

- Build action oriented Do It Yourself (DIY) tools and initiatives for key problem statements

- Creating a program architecture that will enable the effective coordination and monitoring of the engagement/ transformation journey of the project

- Ensuring of content writing, documentation, supporting materials, and project plans updated and readily available for senior leaders

- Work with PMO to ensure timely deliverables as per project plans

- Create instructional content including presentations, simulations, guides and assessments

- Work with other instructional designers as needed to ensure courses are developed according to schedule

- Keep curriculum and course content up-to-date based on established processes for review and revision

- Drive the development of programs that incorporate overall objectives of the initiative

- Develop and maintain interactive and innovative learning solutions that drive measurable results for the business and guarantee that those solutions are instructionally sound and are up to the business's quality standards

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

- 8-10years of management consulting experience across variety of clients, preferably including the SME (Small & Medium Enterprises) space

- Good academic pedigree- Bachelor's, plus Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) in appropriate field of study

- Understanding of the principles and frameworks used in management consulting, knowledge of change management methodologies and performance metrics

- Must demonstrate willingness to travel and the ability to meet committed deadlines

- Process oriented thinking & ability to advise clients on digital tools

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; presentation and excel modeling skills are critical

- Must demonstrate sense of urgency

- Highly organized and adaptable to changing priorities

Measurement of Impact

- Improvement of solvency and stability of SMEs measured after completion of initiatives

- Achievement of SME goals as stated at the start of the engagement

- # of Jobs protected or created due to better solvency and stability

- Net promoter score

- Quality of inputs on and development and refinement of the digital tools
