8. Manage tele-calling team to perform at their best
9. Responsible for sales & revenue generation activities for all projects
10. Introduce and promote NPS (Net promoter Score) from CRM side to ensure customer happiness
11.Time to time remove all weak sales people and replace them with quality sales people
12. Weekly review presentations to CMD
13. Preparing MIS reports
