Role Details : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Content for our GTM (Go-to-Market) team. As a key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of content writers, graphic designers, videographers, and other creative professionals. You will lead the content strategy and production efforts, ensuring that our content aligns with our GTM objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Building and Positioning:

- Involve comprehensively from the brand's inception, actively participating in its genesis and ensuing brand-building activities, covering both organic and inorganic growth strategies.

- Curate and implement integrated communication strategies to fortify the company's brand identity and positioning in the market.

Content Calendar : Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with product launches, marketing campaigns, and key events to maintain a consistent content flow.

SEO and Analytics:

- Utilize SEO best practices and analytics tools to optimize content for search engine visibility and track content performance against KPIs.

- Navigate through the multifaceted avenues of marketing, encompassing aspects like brand awareness, social media, paid marketing, and ad campaigns to ensure a 360-degree marketing approach.

Communication Strategy Development:

- Develop a comprehensive omnichannel communication strategy aligned with the portfolio company's objectives and brand positioning

- Identify online target audiences, and market segments to formulate key messaging that effectively addresses customer needs and pain points

- Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform and refine communication approaches.

Team Leadership:

- Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary content team, including writers, graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives, fostering collaboration and creativity.

Content Creation and Management:

- Liaise digital marketing lead to produce ROI-driven static and video content.

- Lead the content creation process ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and voice

- Manage a team of designers, copywriters and videographers to constantly improve, and enhance content to maximize campaign ROIs.

SEO and Analytics:


- Utilize SEO best practices and analytics tools to optimize content for search engine visibility and track content performance against KPIs.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven 5-8 years of experience in content marketing, content creation, or a related role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, particularly in B2C context

- In-depth understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (META, Google) for campaign execution and performance tracking

- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong project management skills.
