Currently, we are building India's first Phygital Pediatric Out-Patient chain, providing parents with round-the-clock support and end-to-end gold-standard care for all their child's healthcare needs. We are currently paging for a passionate Co-Founder to come on board with us to build this from scratch.
Who we are looking for?
A passionate brand and growth leader who will lead driving the creation of a national brand and lead patient and doctor acquisition. This will involve:
1. Growth Strategy
a. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive rapid and sustainable expansion.
b. Identify key growth opportunities, explore new markets, and leverage data-driven insights to make strategic decisions.
2. Branding and Marketing
a. Build and nurture the company's brand identity. Develop a compelling brand story, unique value propositions, and positioning in the market.
3. Sales Leadership
a. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and customer acquisition goals.
b. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
4. Collaboration & Partnership
a. Utilize your network and connections to facilitate partnerships and business development opportunities.
b. Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Qualification
- P&L leader with a proven track record of successfully driving growth, branding, and sales efforts in a high-growth startup environment or similar industry.
- Has past experience in scaling up businesses unlocking offline/online channels
- Demonstrated ability to build a brand from scratch and drive its growth.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry is an advantage.
- Ability to hire and nurture a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
