Chief of Staff About W Health Venture Studio: - W Health Ventures is a Boston-based venture capital firm focused on building the future of healthcare delivery. W Health founds and funds companies that address unmet needs leveraging tech-enabled innovations in healthcare. Earlier this year, we launched our Venture Studio Platform to build patient-centric healthcare companies in India. The Studio brings together research, technology, and commercialization capabilities, a large, curated talent ecosystem, and a growing set of partner organizations with a singular focus on patient impact. - Distinct from the venture capital and accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, validation, launch, team building, and early growth. The Chief of Staff will report to the CEO and work closely with our Leadership Team on key priorities. The CoS will work across the organization to streamline strategic initiatives, oversee project planning and management, institutionalize knowledge and lead talent and culture. Details: Position: Chief of Staff, Venture Studio Experience: 5 - 7 Years Qualification: MBA Location: Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore Reporting: CEO of W Health's Venture Studio Platform Responsibilities: We are looking to onboard a rockstar to work with the leadership team on the following: - Studio Operations You will support the leadership team in developing and managing goals and KPIs for the Studio and individual functions. From time to time, you will lead high-priority and complex strategic projects. - Internal IP: Studio Playbooks We are a 30+ team that is learning new things about company building and healthcare delivery every day via hundreds of experiments across different functions. You will help functional teams create Playbooks (replicable processes to solve a specific core challenge in company building). You will help institutionalize the different Playbooks across our Studio platform and incubations. - Talent and Culture You will own and improve the talent and people processes by working with our HR and talent acquisition teams (including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, goal setting and performance reviews). - Manage PR and branding initiatives You will work with different internal teams and project manage the PR and brand-building initiatives across the Studio Platform and incubated companies.
