The Associate will be largely involved in Non-tech and Senior Leadership hiring (Founders, CXOs) for the Studio and incubated companies. Location:Mumbai/ Delhi/ Bangalore Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment: Job Profile: Preparing formal job description and search strategy for candidate requirements while highlighting clear hard-skills, soft-skills needed for the role Sourcing: Preparing shortlist of candidates and engaging with relevant candidate pool by leveraging all tools and sources - Industry Networks, References, LinkedIn and head-hunting passive candidates Hard-skills: Comprehensive Interviews with candidates to understand their profile, career path, growth trajectory, motivators, areas of development, red flags if any Soft-skills: Analyzing the soft aspects of candidate's personality and its impact on his/her professional and personal decisions Candidate Assessment: Preparing detailed candidate assessment through interactions with the candidate and reference checks Compensation design: Creating formal offer letters by understanding compensation benchmarks across CTC, Variable/Bonus and ESOPs Onboarding: Ensuring seamless onboarding and integration for hired candidates 2. Strategic initiatives Network: Build and maintain a talent pool of a few thousand digital health professionals, advisors and boards in India incl mapping their movement, engagement etc. Culture: Lead initiatives to create a strong team culture an ethical and fun working environment Reviews:Help structuring and execution of OKRs for the team and assist in quarterly assessment You should apply if: - You have worked in a growth stage start-up or staffing/ recruiting firm (Indian or global) or tier-1 MNC/Consulting firm in a senior recruiting role - You have strong communication and people skills (we will be speaking with senior leaders everyday) - You are a mid-career professional who is looking to build strong assessment capabilities and network with senior professionals (CXO-level) - Experience with recruiting for start-ups, healthcare companies, technology companies, VC funds, etc. is preferred - You are passionate about a fast-paced VC environment, we mean it: Really passionate!
