Vyomo is a VC funded Mobile Beauty and Wellness Platform that is backed by Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics to simplify the way beauty & wellness services are requested offered and rendered. It is founded by the London Business School MBAs.
We are looking for 3 City GMs who have at least 7 to 10 years of strong cross-functional, Sales, customer service experience and are ready to go extra mile.
Job Responsibilities :
- You'll be responsible for building go-to-market strategy and creating an effective sales and distribution channel, Add new Channel / Vendor relation and Key Dealership relationship management, CAM preparation, Coordination, Execution of agreements for your city.
- You'll recruit and manage an effective sales team to do lead generation, inside sales and in-person meetings
- Allocating targets and managing incentives for the sales team
- Managing the team to handle end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, payment collection and troubleshooting
- Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems, increase usage of Vyomo app by Salons, Spas and End User.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
