About the Role - Senior Business Analyst

VyasLife is a rapidly growing startup in the healthcare technology and services industry, committed to improving healthcare outcomes through innovative technological solutions. We are looking to expand our team with a Senior Business Analyst who will play a key role in generating insights and reports for both internal requirements and our pharmaceutical clients. This position is based in our office in Mumbai, India.

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to develop business insights that drive strategic decisions for both VyasLife and our clients in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and be proficient in using analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Location - Mumbai, INDIA

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques to provide ongoing reports.

- Generate actionable insights for internal stakeholders and external pharmaceutical clients, enhancing business operations and client deliverables.

- Create visualizations and presentations to help the company and clients understand the analytical findings.

- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.

- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

- Maintain databases and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and quality of data.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Health Informatics, Statistics, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analyst role, specifically within healthcare or a healthcare marketing agency.

- Proven experience working with pharmaceutical clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.

- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
