Job Description:

- Primary: Lead Generation & Cold callings

- Handling Sales and Business Development activities for IT services.

- Ability to identify, qualify and develop business strategies to expand the current business venture

- Develop high-quality business strategies and plans

- Ensure strategy alignment with objectives

- Lead with an example and motivate subordinates

- A strong team player, fast-paced, dynamic environment, proactive & positive.

- Define and develop lead-generation strategies for getting new clients

- Connect with prospects via calls, email, online portals, and social media, and build a strong funnel of qualified leads.

- Phone interaction with global corporate IT clients.

- Understand the unique needs of customers, present and suggest solutions.

- Initiating & developing relationships with key decision-makers for business development.
