Position Overview:

As the Sales Head - Automotive, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automotive sales, a proven track record of successful business development, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive sector.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.

- Set clear objectives and provide guidance to achieve sales goals.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.

Market Analysis:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

- Provide insights and recommendations for market positioning and product development.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

- Provide management with timely updates on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field. MBA is a plus.

- Proven experience in automotive sales with a minimum of 12-16 years in progressively responsible roles.

- Strong network and relationships within the automotive industry.

- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
