- Quality assurance planning for incoming quality, process QC and final QC of Electronic Products scheduling, Assigning, following up on work results by leading a team of managers, Engineers and inspectors.

- Ensure effective manufacturing process control program that maintain, focus on prevention of internal process rejection.

- Heading daily plant GEMBA meeting with CFT for plant and supplier related issues for smooth running of plant activities.

- Reduction in cost of poor quality (COPQ) that includes prevention cost, Appraisal cost, internal failure cost, external failure cost.

- Job workers (EMS) quality management for LED driver and Light source.

- Maintaining product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies /procedures, Government

- Requirements, collaboration with other member of management

- Support plant cost reduction and process improvement projects with various Quality tools such as 7 QC tool, RCA,PFMEA, Poka Yoke, KAIZEN, MSA, Quality circle and other 6 sigma tools.

- Demonstrate strong leadership and effective communication skill throughout all levels of the organization to maintain a high degree of transparency.

- Ensuring compliance with national standard B.I.S and BEE.

- Perform and evaluate vendor assessment audit for LED outsourced product and raw material supplier through SQP/VQP check list.

- Training and guidance to Engineers for QC tools, Kaizen, PFMEA and Six Sigma methodology.

- Responsible for sub-contract manufacturing quality for Electronic Products.

- Documentation and Implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and internal audits.

- DWM, IQP implementation in plant as per corporate direction.
