1) This role allows an individual to build and implement the digital transformation strategy/framework for our clients.

2) Define and execute value generation roadmaps for clients leading to large meaningful impact to clients.

3) To bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients.

3) This role provides the opportunity of working across a range of challenges and client situations.

4) As Transformation Leader this person will be engaging with multiple stakeholders that includes practice, digital and operating teams to identify opportunities in existing operation.

Key Required skills in a candidate:

1) Proven track record of driving transformation in Clients Operation and provide Process improvement consulting.

2) Responsible for Business Innovation for Insurance Domain

3) Must have worked for Insurance domain.

3) Experience with digital tools in Insurance .

5) Drive end-to-end thinking and solutions to deliver long term benefits to our clients.
