VP - Technical - Plant - FMCG

We are looking for a VP Technical for a Leading bottler of a Large soft drink MNC brand

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Managing all plant operation- Production-planning and efficiency, Maintenance ,Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Dispatches, inventory control & Human Resource

- Strategizing and directing all activities to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.

- Accountable for business & operational planning, team building, infrastructure development, technology management, organizational growth / expansion, business development & client management.

- Monitoring capital expenditure and understanding the financial implications of possible new projects/ ventures and how it will affect the overall profitability of the projects.

- Setting Up and achieving key indicator goal for plant.

- Ensuring that plant is meeting all Quality parameters and norms.

- Accountable for controlling raw & packing material Inventory.

- Accountable control & monitoring of empties inventory.

- Accountable for adherence to local laws, especially labor laws, pollution control laws, fite& explosives, safety, electrical installations, etc.

- Responsible for Implementing and maintaining ISO-22000,9001,14001,180001,FSSC,PAS-220,PAS-223 and all Food safety and physical safety standards

- Responsible as management representative and custodian of the business.

CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES

- BE/B.Tech with 15-20 years of experience.

- A strategic planner with proven abilities to interpret corporate vision, and formulate strategy, translating objectives into actionable plans, and providing decisive leadership to multi functional, cross-cultural teams .
