VP - Tax Reporting - Banking

Our client is one of the global financial services companies with operations across the globe. They are actively seeking VP - Tax Reporting for finance group.

Job Responsibilities :

- Managing tax reporting function for EMEA region along with ensuring compliance and reporting.

- Preparing corporate direct tax for UK region including corporate income tax, indirect taxes, employment taxes and tax returns.

- People management, responsible for growth and appraisal of team.

- Overseeing operational risk and ensuring adherence to compliance as per internal risk policies.

- Readiness for internal and external audits.

Essential Qualification and Skills:

- 10-14 years of work experience in tax reporting for UK corporate tax along with EMEA.

- CA, CPA or equivalent

- Strong people management skills.

- Excellent communication with experience working with global teams.

- Strong knowledge of banking framework.
