Role:
Leads and manages Talent Operations across the region; contributes to and executes the calendar/plan for annual/biannual Talent cycle activities and defines policies, frameworks and supporting tools. Executes Talent processes regionally, ensuring consistent execution to plan (timeframe) and quality output. Ensures the alignment of Talent processes and outputs with Performance and Reward and other regional Development solutions
- Manages the regional input to Succession Plans working with the Development and wider HR community to complete and validate plans
- Contributes and adheres to a calendar/plan of annual/biannual Talent cycle activities (e.g. key role identification; Talent calibration and succession planning)
- Works with the Performance and Reward (P&R) team to drive strong integration of the Talent and P&R propositions
- Works with the regional Development leadership team to drive strong integration of Talent activity and other group-wide, and regional, Development and HR solutions (e.g. Resourcing and Succession Planning)
- Supports Head of Talent Operations in providing relevant data for the COO Function to define standard and ad hoc operational and management Talent reporting
