Looking for a global head of talent acquisition for a fast growing software services company. The company is a pre-IPO company, focused on providing services to telcos worldwide. The role requires the following:
- Managing all aspects of recruiting globally - from campus to executives
- liasoning with business unit heads, managing expectations and delivering high quality talent based on customer expectations
- Deciding unique and innovative strategies to hire great talent in an ultra competitive environment
- Balance between strategic and tactical hiring
- Ensuring the right set of tools and processes to streamline recruiting efforts globally
- Managing recruiting budgets effectively through a combination of internal recruiters and vendor/partner relationships
- Working with company executives to align recruiting function based on aggressive growth targets
- Building a high performance recruitment team with clear accountability to business and customers
