Hiring VP/SVP - Digital Banking Channels / Cards & ATM with one of our banking client.

Location : Mumbai (Only Mumbai Candidates)

- This team is part of the core strategy & execution team and reports to the MD & CEO formerly known as Business Management, Innovation & Strategy) is one of the oldest groups in the Bank and has played crucial role since the very inception of the bank.

- The role offers a very good understanding and insight into the functioning of the bank/across the bank as well as an opportunity to work with the MD & CEO and other top management in the bank.

- This high impact role paves way to a fast tracked career progression & growth within the bank, to the deserving & well performing individuals. Responsible for driving Digital Banking Channels, Cards and ATMs

Responsibilities :

- Act as a strategic advisor to all Digital Banking Teams (Internet and Mobile Banking, Digital Payments, Cards, ATM, Merchant Acquiring and Contact Center)

- Benchmark the product suite (ATMs/ Internet Banking/ Mobile Banking/Cards/ Social Media/ Merchant Acquiring/ Remittance Products/ Contact Center ) against industry and drive product enhancements and innovations

- Co-ordinate with all support functions (Technology, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Compliance and Risk) to implement the business strategy

- Create and implement use cases, chalk-out marketing and promotion strategy and co-ordinate with marketing, business and sales functions

- Periodic Review and reporting of Product Developments to all key stake holders

- Partner with various teams to digitize various processes involved in customer acquisition and fulfillment

Candidate Profile :

- MBA from Tier I institute, preferably a BE/B.Tech with 10 - 13 years of Experience Required in ATMs/Cards/Internet/ Mobile and Social Media Banking either in line function or advisory role

- Should be good at co-ordination and hands on/execution oriented, with an ability to think through ambiguous situations

- Should have the ability & persona to interact with senior/top management executives within and outside the bank

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
