VP/SVP - Regulatory Policy - BFS

- track new policy developments and formulate the Group's regulatory policies accordingly, providing detailed practical guidance, distributed to a wide range of stakeholders;

- review the regulatory opinions on complex transactions to ensure compliance with Group regulatory policies;

- provide technical support and guidance to functions, businesses and legal entities;

- provide technical support on the implementation of new regulatory requirements;

- research the Group's response to future regulatory developments, and influence the external development of regulatory policy by writing public responses to new standards and discussion papers.

- should have strong experience in regulatory reporting consulting and advisory.

- should come up with strong domain expertise in regulatory reporting, Basel, PRA, RWA.

- responsible for establishing Group regulatory capital policies and advising various business lines of the impact of these upon transactions.
