Associate Director, Retail Analytics, Lead Management (5-8 yrs)

We are looking for smart, self-driven, high energy professionals with intellectual curiosity and expertise in Clearing at senior level with our leading banking client.

Required skills :

- Banking experience: 12-15 yrs

- Well versed with RBI norms & regulations

- Expert in managing a large size team

Location : Ahmedabad

Responsibilities :

Operations Management :

- Ensure compliance and implementation of KYC requirements and maintain accuracy and timeliness as per Bank's established Service Level Agreements (SLA) along with adherence to process & documentation standards.

- Complete end to end understanding and experience in handling retail products including clearing operations (CTS) and bulk cash management

- CTS clearing, Electronic clearing process, CMS operations, Account opening, Transaction processing and Deliverables management

Audit & Compliance :

- Effectively Support audit in retail operations by Internal, External, Concurrent, and Statutory & RBI auditors

- Responsible for comprehensive compliance & satisfactory audit rating of each unit within the Hub. Take corrective actions and ensure compliance with audit findings

Ops Risk Management & amp; Fraud management :

- Ensure continuous monitoring and testing of key risk indicators and implement control measures including timely reporting of any OR event

- Support implementation of all initiatives initiated by HO towards overall Operations risk management and Fraud Prevention & control

Service & Quality :

- Establish and implement uniform and benchmarked processes and practices across units as per Bank's processes and procedural guidelines

- Thorough with RBI circulars & guidelines related to KYC, retail operations & products, clearing operations, outsourced management and cash management including doorstep banking
