KRA

Responsible for generating Scorecards & E2.0 reports for entire Organisation to be used in Performance Management for senior executives and businesses

Successful roll out of Client reporting

Partner with Senior Management in defining Branch, Channel/Sales reporting for the firm

Key Responsibilities:

Team is responsible for generation of Balanced Scorecards for senior Organisation executives across businesses/functions. These standardised scorecards form part of the Performance Management

Interact with metrics owners across various functions and get end to end understanding of the metrics and applicability of the same across various Scorecards

Interact with Decision Management, Business Heads, Finance teams & on boarding them into the standard Client/Segment profitability

Continue to pursue to refine the Client/Segment Profitability by interacting with various sub-product teams & source the relevant drivers systematically

Conceptualize the design of Branch Profitability, Channel & Sales reporting of the firm

Requires extensive interaction with various business heads across regions

Follow up with Operation team to identify the source of data

Once prototype is defined, partner with technology team in executing the same

Role also demands continuous liaising with technology team in getting the changes implemented in the projects listed above

Various ad-hoc analysis to support requests from Senior Managements

Effective Client relationship & Demand management to be able to meet the needs of various stakeholders

Drive various Process efficiencies through standardization and re-engineering of activities

Knowledge/Experience:

Experience in working on a firm wide strategic projects

Good financial analysis and management reporting background

Detailed understanding of Consumer Banking business

Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders across regions & bringing them onboard to the common platform

Ensuring seamless flow of information across finance or business domain

Preferably should have been part of Finance transformation project at a global level
