Key Responsibilities:
1) Work closely and quickly establish excellent rapport and working relations amongst internal and external stakeholders including Founders and Board Members
2) Manage pipeline of partners including identifying, prospecting, outreach, assessment, alignment, negotiations, & close
3) Create positive partner experiences driving excitement, alignment, and growth
4) Work with Founders to develop a partnership and funding strategy, and lead the Partnerships team to deliver it;
5) Align incentives for partners, structure deals and negotiate contracts that satisfy both parties
6) Build strong and lasting relations with new and existing partner organization;
7 )Assist with the sales and fundraising activities of our CEO and Board
8) Ensure successful execution of marketing and sales acceleration programs, with a drive for measurable outcomes and revenue yield
9) Identify new opportunities for quality, high ROI engagements with partners
10) Evaluate effectivity of partner relationships and engagements in delivering positive ROI
Requirements:
1) 12+ years in a B2B/B2C demand side role preferably with startups
2) Experience closing complex large deals through strategic partnerships and alliances
3) Candidate must be well-organized and process-driven
4) Candidate must be excited about the opportunity to be an early sales hire (they will be building out sales/alliances playbooks + best practices- these are not yet established)
5) Experience in a bottom-up sales approach
6) Managed their accounts post-close
7) MBA from a Tier 1 B-School
