- Client Relationship Management - Monitor and ensure that client relationships are excellent complaint management, investor services
- Continuous improvement in service and quality - Develop and nurture a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Develop processes, systems, performance measurement to continuously improve accuracy in financial transaction processing, data quality, minimizing investor complaints and claims.
- Seek out ideas to add value to clients and expand service scope.
- Ensure that contractual obligations including data security to clients are honored and no contractual obligations breached on part of the company or the employees including adherence to ISMS policies & procedures.
- Review SLA s contract renewals
- Lead commercial negotiations for additional scope and revenue
- Ensure SLAs are me for Quality and TAT
- Constantly look out for new business opportunities in the financial services sector to grow the company.
- Maintain focus on productivity and cost reduction.
- Process management, documentation
- Compliance & Risk - Ensure compliance to all Regulatory requirements and Risk awareness across the Organization.
- Ensure adequate human resources are available to meet todays and future requirements of the organization. People management training performance and career development
- Participate in AMC SEBI audits respond to observations and close actions
- Identify, analyze and report through formal Incident reports on all significant failures. Identify through Root Cause Analysis, risks in process and identify risk mitigation process and clearly highlight the residual risks.
- To participate and assist all AMC, SEBI and other audits that may be initiated from time to time
- To ensure that the required documents are provided to internal/ external auditors and to ensure that the audit observations are responded in time and accurately.
- Involve in preparation of response to the auditors.
- Apart from this, the observations of audit shall be shared with the team and the action taken thereof shall be notified formally.
- Productivity focus: Ensure that staffing is in line with business volumes. Improve unit productivity through process simplification and automation.
- Quality orientation - To improve quality in every aspect of operations to achieve improvement and to delight the customer.
- Continuously reviewing the Error in transactions with a view to upgrade the quality level of processing of the transactions with a view to reducing errors.
- Co ordination with various teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure that the companies- interests are protected at all times.
