- Own & grow the Sales pipeline for Enterprise Business with end-to-end responsibility of sales & account management, owning the P&L for local business in the assigned region
- Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts across the region. Major focus clients would be large enterprises from manufacturing, Oil & Gas, real estate, projects etc kind of industries (not service or financial sector).
- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth
- Liaise with country team to monitor the progress on regional customers
- Build the business from scratch and gradually build a sales and business development team for country operations (as per the business requirements)
- Monitor and govern business metrics like revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, revenue per headcount, account receivables etc.
