VP/Sr VP - Finance & Accounts - CA - Pharma

Looking for a CA with 15 Years of experience, out of which min. 5 years as head of Finance & Accounting, leading a professional team across geographies, experience of handling Investors relation

Key Responsibilities:

1. Finalization of Quarterly & Annual Accounts for All group Companies

2. Responsible for Finance & Accounting Activity along with Banking, MIS and Investors Relation

3. To Oversee the annual planning and budgeting process and ensure correct compilation and consolidation of the same.

4. Raise Funds - both Fund Based & Non-Fund based.

5. Coordination with Rating agencies, Investors Relation, analysts.

6. To prepare Financial Models for various business scenarios as and when required.

7. Expert knowledge of IFRS and International Consolidation, Swiss GAAP.
