Job Description : VP - Site Director Role

Overview on the Role :

- A multi-faceted role requiring the individual to manage multiple departments including operations and staff independently

- Assisting the Management in the development of organization policies and goals that cover operations, personnel, and growth of the operation and staff departments

- This position will directly report to the Managing Director/SVP and will be a part of the core management

- The next two years should see the company grow from over 250 people to well over 350 and this role would be key to managing both financial and non-financial delivery operations and helping them scale to achieve this growth and beyond

- Post a couple of years; the company would also be looking to expand operations in other ways, including the possibility of setting up another delivery center in a separate location

Responsibilities :

Strategy, Vision, and Leadership

- Advising the MD/SVP and other key members of senior management on financial planning budgeting, cash flow, and policy matters

- Contributing to the development of strategic goals and objectives as well as the overall management of the organization

- Maintaining continuous lines of communication, keeping the Management informed of all critical issues

- Representing the organization externally, as necessary, particularly with site planners, banking and lease negotiations

- Building & maintaining strong relationships within the organization, collaborating positively with clients/ colleagues to develop acceptable solutions

- Good understanding of cost allocations concepts and practices, cost reduction etc

- Setting up of business operations, expansion of offices etc.

- Proven ability to enhance operational excellence through successfully handling challenging problems and comes up with creative approaches/solutions to improve profitability impacting business growth

- Thrust on optimizing controls, efficiencies and values within the team and for the organization

- Overseeing, directing, and organizing the work of the operations and staff teams

- Excellent team management skills - to establish controlled & disciplined framework to ensure quality deliverables, coaching, mentoring and developing team in difficult situations, assigning clear responsibilities, build strong team performance resiliency, ensuring cross-training, personal and professional growth

- Strong attention to detail and high quality delivery with the ability to manage large quantities of data

- Structured, analytical approach with a high sense of client focus, process improvement etc

Operations :

- Upgrading and implementing an appropriate system of policies, internal controls, accounting standards, and procedures

- Ensuring that Company is adhering to the strategic plan, delivering status reports to the board

- Providing analytical support to company's internal management team including development of internal management reporting capabilities

Prerequisites :

- Minimum 8 years experience in a management role

- Proven track record of successfully facilitating progressive organizational change and development within a growing organization

- Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution

Skills :

- Strong mentoring, coaching experience to a team with diverse levels of expertise

- Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask

- Superior management skills; ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers

- Self-reliant, good problem solver, results oriented

- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives

- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management and staff

- Ability to operate as an effective tactical as well as strategic thinker

Compensation : Commensurate with industry standards
