VP - Settlement Reconciliation - BFSI

Candidate Summary:

Looking for candidates who can lead and manage the Reconciliations business service center.

Graduate or higher with proven track record in Operations/banking experience with excellent interpersonal skills.

Sound knowledge in Accounting/Reconciliations processes and fair knowledge of MS Office including excel.

Should possess excellent inter-personal communication skills.

Role Summary:

Support the Global head with strategic planning initiatives to develop the reconciliations unit.

Accountable for continuous process improvement of existing processes and migration of new functions from onshore business partners.

Migrate all reconciliation activities from countries to Vizhag location, lead and setup the primary reconciliation utility. Serve as project manager, interact extensively with support groups impacting the business, and manage all legal, compliance, audit and finance issues related to the business.

Execute target operating model for Global Reconciliations and monitor team performance, escalating issues and concerns as appropriate through engagement with key stakeholders.

Develop and recommend changes and improvements to operating models, procedures and practices based on subject matter
