Job Title : Vice President of Services and Support/Key account management (Analytics/Decision science)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. The concerned person will be responsible for ensuring that products are successfully deployed while generating significant economic and operational value for the customer leading to strong renewal and up sell business for the company.

2. The ideal person should need to be a strong, competent, seasoned leader who is comfortable operating at all the levels, and with a track record of building world class teams and delivering successful business results.

3. Person Should be good in Customer / Client relationship management.

4. The candidate should be in responsible for leading the team for all customer project delivery, customer expectation and scope management and communications, ongoing success, and customer support. The person should work closely with leaders in account management, products, engineering, and marketing to win as a team.

5. Good in develop operations-related plans, budgets / process and procedures to achieve the organization's customer satisfaction and financial objectives.

6. Good in understanding of enterprise software or services organization preferable.

7. Experience should be in developing operations-related plans, budgets / process and procedures to achieve the organization's customer satisfaction and financial objectives.

8. Strong analytic orientation and understanding of customer solution impact.

9. Leadership - Able to define and translate a vision into actionable plans. Develops loyalty and commitment in others. Develops and mentors direct reports and sets an example in behavior for their team.
