1. Prepare Detailed Financial Models/Valuation Reports, drafted situation analyses, Pitch materials, Information memoranda, Investor presentations and Term sheets. Contribute to the development and communication of proposals and advice to current and prospective Clients.

2. Collaborating with internal departments, external investors, due diligence parties, compliance team, regulators to ensure execution process alignment.

3. Prepare all required materials for obtaining internal approvals for various investment proposals to Senior Management.

4. Prepare Marketing Materials (Teasers) to market sell-side advisory assignments, and source new deals.

5. Review Financial and Legal Due diligence reports from the Due Diligence parties.
