- Develop and maintain relationships with all Stakeholders - Operations, front office and credit. Actively engage with the Business, develop a business partner relationship. Develop and maintain a rapport with Regional and Country heads of Lending Operations. Actively engage, partner and drive changes. Provide support whenever required - Continuously increase Compliance alertness through interaction with staff, training & implementation of automated tools. Ensure complete adherence to various compliance related guidelines and programs, operations meets all regulatory commitments and comply with the SOX framework and compliance with all external regulatory and internal policy guidelines - Deliver transactions in agreed timeframes, as per SLAs with countries. Improve Quality of processing, reduce errors and inculcate the zero error culture. Develop and build a business partner approach with in-country operations, front office and Credit. - Create a service management framework, which improves the efficiency of service costing, demand management, end-to-end SLA management. - Proactively manage operational risk inherent in business, minimise audit observations.
