VP – SD PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

Role:

- VP PM Solutions will be primarily responsible for the design and implement Production Management (PM) initiatives across Global Service Delivery (GSD) with an aim to achieve and deliver key goals of Global Production Management.

- The job holder’s prime responsibility is to develop a Volume forecasting, Capacity Planning, Resource Optimisation and Scheduling model The individual will be implementing Best-in-Class efficiency initiatives and metrics like Overall Operating Efficiency (OOE) for Contact Centers and develop models to integrate MI reporting across GSD while constantly interacting with Regional Senior Leadership (SMT), Operations, IT Teams and Change Delivery representatives of different regions.

- This role will facilitate deploying the PM culture across the organisation by delivering effective training programmes. The individual will also be responsible for delivering key projects which improves efficiency and eliminates redundant activities through constant discussion with operations and other functions like Operational Performance Improvement (OPI).

- Based on requirements of the customers the individual will handle upgrades and enhancements to the PM Tools in liaison with Global Technology (Gl T) and IT Teams. The role will need to understand the requirements and provide functional or technical solutions which will improve the productivity and optimize resource utilization.

Education / Relevant Experience / Other Qualifications (e.g. Knowledge, Skills, Professional Qualifications required)

- Any degree with knowledge of computer programming and database management knowledge is essential.

- Proven ability to work independently in a virtual team as well as displaying sound inter-company/inter-department relationships.

- Extensive experience in driving reporting and analytics across multiple Global Functions across different regions/ geographies. Ability to analyze large amounts of data and quickly draw conclusions on what the data means. Statistical ability to analyze complex numerical data and provide logical recommendations /observations

- Preferred experience in working across multiple technology platforms and different programming languages to identify optimal solutions for improving operations support and reporting

- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with exposure of developing training content

- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, leadership, analytical and organizational skills are essential. Demonstrated initiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment are necessary

- Ability to successfully manage customer relationships with multiple business partners with a track record exhibiting to lead virtual teams and projects

- Knowledge of all PM Tools and six sigma methodologies is a must.

- Proven project management skills and experience of managing several Global projects concurrently

- Should be a strategic visionary.

- Deal with wide range of customers across the Group with varied backgrounds and cultural barriers.

- Work in a highly challenging and demanding environment.

- Good knowledge of SD Operations as well as IT applications to understand the scope and limitation.

- Coordination with all SD Operations and external customers like Gl T to ensure customers requirements are met.
