PURPOSE OF JOB:
- To provide Leadership, Coordination & Strategic Direction to the Sales & Distribution functions of Retail Domestic Business.
- To be accountable for the Traditional / General Trade - Primary & Secondary Sales with an objective of achieving the targeted Top & Bottom line.
REQUIREMENTS:
Seeking someone who has :
- Handled Hardcore Channel Sales & Channel Management at Pan India level for 5 years.
- Handles a Strong Mass Distribution experience. (Working Experience to E-Commerce -gives an edge)
- Strong Stability with minimum 8 years in last 2 companies.
- Age should be below 50 years, experience preferred from related industry back ground.
OPERATIONAL FUNCTIONS:
- Distribution, Placement and Expansion of selling network as per the selling structure
- Overlooking Receivables management & Cost control.
- Strategizing and Planning booking conferences
- Actively involved in sales promotions and new collection launch
- Provide inputs to the design team
- Setting & implementing minimum booking norms for Distributors and other channel partners
- Finding new prospects for showrooms & getting old showrooms to invest for renovation
- Keeping team motivated towards performing as well as keeping attrition rates to the minimum.
- Getting internal team members to understand the criticality of customer-orientation.
- Striking balance between short-term sales objectives and long term business protection and growth.
- Creating Brand Visibility & transforming it as preferred brand for consumers.
