A listed entity & a leading company in power ancillary equipment & engineering fabrication business operating at pan-India level. The company has plans to ramp up current capacity of 20000 tonnes/year to 50,000 tonnes with focus on power, railways, airport, metros, highway construction segments.
The incumbent will be heading the Sales & Business Development function. The position reports to MD. The position is based at Delhi office but requires frequent travel to fabrication plant, near Chandigarh.
The KRAs for the position include:
- Setting the Vision for next 3 years and Strategic Business Planning
- Managing expectations of all stakeholders including customers
- New business opportunities across all segments of current & potential customers including those in sectors mentioned above
- Sales Budgeting, Tendering, RFQ, Product Costing,
- Contract management
- Key Account management (KAM), MIS and Customer relationship management
- Customer Supply Schedule Management
The incumbent shall be familiar with managing business across infra, railways, airports, metro, power sectors and well conversant with tendering and contract management processes.
