Job Purpose Accountable for achieving Global Sales revenue
Principal Accountability
- Responsible for ensuring DGM's drive location wise business across the country. Responsible for People addition and deletion
- Drive sales processes to build efficiency in the organisation. Responsible for all Sales & marketing initiatives across the country. Ensure driving marketing team on all marketing initiatives such as discounts/schemes/marketing activities like advt etc.
- Coordinate with other departments such as production /After sales support/logistics/finance to ensure end to end sales results are delivered
- Responsible for and channel friendly marketing Policies. Responsible for managing all employees and channel engagement initiatives.
- Responsible for closing in coordination with respective departments on all customer complaints related to product
- Responsible for all sales related collections across all branches through respective branch heads. Coordinate with logistics team on efficient inventory liquidation.
- Responsible for ensuring entire 41 branches team and channel adhere to policies such as travel/channel policy as defined by the organisation
Additional Responsibilities
Statutory :(Trade License, Shops/Establishments, VAT, Weights & Measures, Fire licenses for the branches
Legal: Tenancy agreements / legal action on old outstandings
HR: Recruitment etc, Travel Policy
Budget: Branch expenses, onward freight and handling, advertisement
Quality complaints/Product Development (coordination with Production/QA)
Exports/OE (managing both)
Licensing for exports (DGFT, customs)
Education, Experience &
MBA if there would be add on advantage
