Role: VP-Sales & Marketing

- Qualification-MBA (Full Time)

- Experience Min. 20-25 years

- Age – 40 yrs and not more than 50 yrs

- Plywood/Ceramics/Sanitary/Furniture and Fitting.

- Must be well versed and well equipped with Channel and Project sales.

- Candidate should be currently working as National Sales manager or similar position

- Should be handling sales of entire India and must have been reported by zonal heads etc. with above responsibilities with proven track record in Building Material Sales.

Job Profile:

- Conceptualize and successfully implementing Sales & marketing strategies, plans for increasing revenue, profit, to achieve targeted Number. track analyze market trend, motivating guiding & handling Sales team, overseeing the client management Etc.

- Candidate will be responsible for Sales, Marketing & Business Development of Aluminium composite panel Business in Pan India and must be handling a turnover of more than 150cr .

- He will lead team of AGM/DGM/Zonal Head etc and will ensure effective man management to retain and develop team members.

Location

- The position will be based in the corporate office in Kolkata and will be directly be reporting to the Managing Director

Compensation:

Rs. 40 to 50 Lakhs + Car
