inTarvo Technologies Limited, India's leading provider of Integrated Lifecycle Management (ILM) support, with more than 18 years of experience in providing end-to-end services in the field of Technical Helpdesk, Installation & Commissioning, Repair & Refurbishment and E-Waste recycling, is looking for an aggressive ‘VP Sales’ with a dynamic personality and go-getter attitude to join the management team.

Location: Bangalore or Delhi.

Position Description

The VP of Sales position is part of the Senior Management team that will set the strategic direction of the company.

The position will be directly responsible for:

- The company’s revenues.

- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals

- Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth

- Key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities

- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting

The position will be indirectly responsible for:

- Define and coordinate sales training programs

- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity

- Key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities

- Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful partner programs

Management responsibilities:

- Define new technology / product offerings in consultation with the Operations team.

- GTM for such defined offerings.

- Identify product / service alliances, strategic direction for the company.

Pre Requisites / Qualifications

- BE / MBA from recognized institutions preferably in IT or related disciplines.

- 15 + years of experience in hands on enterprise sales, team management, selling large deals.

- Must have worked with large Systems Integrators, OEM’s service divisions and be very familiar with selling IT – FMS, AMC, Remote Monitoring Network Management, contact centers type of solutions.

- Must be a “Solutions Selling” Expert.

- Extensive industry contacts in OEM or enterprise with an ability to “open doors”.

- Must have demonstrated expertise and ability to run distributed sales teams in past.

Position Demands:

- Extensive travel for customer meetings

- This is a senior yet hands on position and the VP Sales will be expected to shepherd and close some large deals personally
