Our Requirement:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to join our team. As the VP Sales, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our company by expanding our customer base, forging strategic partnerships, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

- Identify and engage with key decision-makers, including CHROs (Chief Human Resources Officers) and L&D (Learning and Development) Heads, to understand their HR consulting needs.

- Customize product pitches and proposals based on client requirements, highlighting the unique value propositions of our company

- Leverage your extensive network and actively generate leads to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

- Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate the benefits of our HR Tech solutions in a clear and compelling manner.

- Nurture key accounts, develop strong relationships with clients, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to generate brand awareness and drive sales.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.

- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to the executive team.

Skills and Qualifications:

- A hustler with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the HR consulting industry.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.

- Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations.

- Patient and empathetic approach, able to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR consulting, either internally or externally.

- Previous experience as an entrepreneur in the HR tech industry is highly preferred.

- Strong network of contacts within the HR consulting community is a plus.
